Projekt Feld-Reise.

To Thomas Kumlehn,

Find included a description of my project for Krampnitz, it comes in two major parts: first of all I have made a short description of the outset of the project, including my first trip to Potsdam and encounter with you and the other people invited. I also record my first impressions on the camp and my first ideas towards a project. Then I talk in short about the idea of escape', which will be they key-word to my project.

In the second part I try to make a more exact view upon my ideas, and also what actions should be taken towards a presentation. This also includes steps I have already taken, and a preview of what's possible. Then I've described what I guess I'll need to do in order to get things going, and also added an estimated cost for all this.

As for estimating the cost for this project, you'll see I haven't hesitated to go for all but the best. I can tell you in this letter that my estimates are rather safe, that is, going for the top, although quite a lot is not included, but just because I have no idea what or how much that would be. I guess for instance that I'll have quite some translation-work coming up, but then maybe this is possible through friends or still to find contacts.

(...)

This is all for now, I'll let you know as soon as I have more news,
